You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pak32 services for personal, recreational purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak32 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, unauthorised account access, or service interruption.
